Yankee fans are few and far between on here lately, so there's hardly any posts for when we WIN or LOSE , etc. Not that I mind when I hear negativity against my team, b/c I don't.

I have only been to a couple games this year .. its tough when your FH (mine) likes the Mets .. so I go with my brother or my friends

i look at it this way

yes, the mets are not the caliber team as the Yanks

yes, they won;t win the world series this year

yes, they had 2 miserable seasons

BUT

the yanks have choked in the big series for three years, in front of a national audience, so it's well documented

so i ask -- would you rather die quietly or choke in front of millions

I must say that Jason Giambi looks pretty good...what a difference when you are off the steriods....

By the way does anyone here hate Barry Bonds??? Something about him I can't stand! He's so arrogant looking!!!!!!!!!

And I give you props for your little speech there, Don .. I do agree with a lot of what you said, though it certainly does not diminish the fact that I love my Yankees nonetheless .. I love them thru the good and the bad, too (I know Yankee fans get a bad rap for loving them only b/c they win.. but that's not the case here)

I cant stand Barry Bonds! I heard that noone on the team likes him and he is very arrogant ever since he won the home run record.

I cant wait till someone dethrones him!

OMG .. Bedda, something we finally agree on??

I despise Barry Bonds. He's such an A$$ and always seems so bothered and annoyed all the time. I wish there was someone else who could hold the HR title with more HONOR than he does ....
