I don't know who said it, but we have a beautiful plaque with this phrase in our dining room.

And in the kitchen for FH I have one that says, 'If you are what you eat, then I'm fast, cheap and easy!!!

I am no help either. I do not know who said it, or where it's from, but it has been my mother's mantra for as long as I can remember. She eve has a charm that says 'Live, Laugh, Love' I will ask her, see if she knows!
