OMG!! PLease help places to have a baby shower on a budget??

I was going to just use the room @ bertuccis but it's now booked :(
I need to find a restaurant that can host the party for 25 ppl for about $25pp. HELP!!!

I don't know if it's too far east, but I always reccomend Shandon Court in East Islip - it's very convenient to the Southern State as well.

PJ Harpers in Valley Stream is reasonable and is cozy inside.

There is always The Orchid in Garden City
which has luncheon packages for $20 dollars per person. You can do an 'Asian Good Fortune' theme.... I did an Asian theme for my eparty. Lucky Bamboo plants as centerpieces, a Cherry Blossom cake. You can do personalized fortune cookies etc.

I am having my bridal shower at Pompei Ristorante in West Hempstead, and it is $23 a person. the food is great, and they have a bunch of different rooms!

Acquista Trattoria does it for $25 pp. It's in Queens right by St. Johns.

dh owns ginos tuscany in massapequa, bellmore and bethpage. bellmore has a private room where packages are the price you are looking for.... food is great, service is great and the room is really nice.... i had my rd there as well as showers for family members... fm me for more details if interested...

You can have it at the Melting Pot (Fondue Restaurant) on Rte 110 that is opening on Friday. Their pkgs range from $21-$29 pp and include the works. Check it out - the food is amazing and its totally worth it and its fun!!!! Good luck!

My Mom threw two very inexpensive showers for my sister in law in Nassau County.

One at Goldies in Gibson - I think it was less than $20 per person included the cake and a LOT of food!! Big huge portions. The place was closed - just us girls and a bar for the guys to hang out and watch the game on.'

most of my family does VFW halls and we all decorate and either get it catered from a local place or pot luck. I am not sure what the cost is but honestly its really nice and not over the top.

mims in roslyn or syosset has yummy food and a pretty decent priced catering menu. i think its something like $27pp and you can add additional trays of food if you want to.

J and R's Steakhouse in Stony Brook, Rocky Point, Medford or Calverton. $20 pp.

Il Miradoro in Port Jeff. $30pp.

I had my sisters at the Marriott in uniondale in prime seasons everyone ate the breakfast buffet and it was like 16 or 17 a person. It was really nice and super cheap. They have a lot of food on their buffet.
