My girlfriend is really godd friend's with all those guys. She is actually on LIW too. I say, if you want them, do it. This wedding is about you guys and your personalities.

I wanted to have them but they were out of my price range.. i only had enough room in the budget for a dj...
but i WISH i coudl have them hehehe

I haven't seen them play in years, but they used to be very good. I heard in their wedding packages that they bring a dj that will play during the breaks the band takes. I don't know if that it still the case.

I looked into this. I think it would be awesome. They cost $5K and they come with a DJ. They spin the songs that you want that they can't /won't sing I guess. I don't think they have a female singer (I could be wrong though...this was awhile ago) so I think they spin those songs. They come appropriately attired in tuxes. They aren't your typical wedding band per se but they would definitley have the crowd going!

My friend's sister had them play at their wedding. All the guests loved them and their pictures looked like everyone had a great time.

I say yay!!!! I used to see them all the time at Mulcahy's and they are awesome!! Especially if they come w/ a DJ, your getting the best of both worlds!!

I'm all for non-traditional bands playing weddings. They are good musicians & really nice guys. However, if you are looking for someone to play SInatra & some traditional music for the older folk, they're not the best choice. And as someone said. they do not have a female singer, but then again, neither does The Touch & they do hundreds of weddings.

THAT being said, I sing in an 80's band (pics in album, hee hee hee) & when we do weddings, people go nuts, They LOVE that the bride & groom chose something different. The dance floor is always packed.

So if you want 'em, book em

that band brings back such memories... esp mulcahys - which is where I met FH...

YES YES YES!!!! I would jump at the chance to have Peat Moss..I love them. They remind me of nights at Mulcahys with all my girls. They are a great band and would really get the party going.

Oh my...I can't begin to tell you how much I love that band!!!! I used to go and see them play back in the day when Frank was the lead singer. I wanted to have them play at my wedding but dad said no because we need to have a 'traditional greek band'...YUCK...I say YAYAYAYAYAY!!! GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (can I come???? )
