Quick side dish for Chicken Cutlets?

Can anyone suggest a fast and easy side?
DH hates mashed potatoes so that is not an option.

TIA.

if youre looking for quick and easy just buy the goya yellow rice, it comes in a pack with the seasoning in it so all you do is put it in boiling water. The only other thing you do is add butter to the boiling water and thats it.

I have used the string beans in a can. I put it in a small pot though and let it boil. THen i just season with salt, pepper and add a little bit of butter, well i put it in a collander after i boil it to get the excess juice out

Re: Quick side dish for Chicken Cutlets?

Rice A Roni or Pasta Roni's are really good and very easy! Stop & Shop has them for 10 for $10 most of the time so I stock up!

I make my own 'fried rice' too, where I sautee onion and egg in a frying pan. When the egg is like scrambled egg consistency, I add white rice (already made in another pot). Add some soy sauce for color and flavor and mmm yummy!

hmmm interesting, i never think to make it. I think i wanna try to.

I usually make rice and beans, mashed potatoes or i love peas, when i cant think of anything. Well if it was up to me i could have a side of pasta in marinara sauce with anything lol

Or what about sauteed spinach, i love it and so does DH.

We're not spinach people.
This week so far we had rice one day and pasta the other.

DH has learned that pasta and rice are perfect sides for anything.

they are in the frozen section
seriously, they are. either w/ the organic stuff w/ the other french fries. Alexia is the brand name. i used to make them all the time, so now DH is a bit sick of them, but they're very good. and low fat.

I love Rice A Roni ( I could eat the entire box myself) but it is very high in sodium. So I havent gotten it in a long time.
