Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

For a Nov. wedding, I would say the royal blue over the turquoise.
Just be sure you see the color in person in the fabric of the dress. I was planning on doing royal blue, but when I saw it in person on a satin dress I hated the way it looked.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

Do them both. I am getting married in November and I'm putting my girls in a Royal blue (DB's Horizon)....but then my MOH in a light blue (DB's Cornflower) I think it looks nice! Bring two girls and try them on together to see what they look like...you might like it!

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I think the royal blue for a nov wedding would be fantastic. Different shades of blue for the girls would also work if want to separate your moh from the bm.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I think really either are fine for November. Im getting married and may and by BM's are gonig to be in a dark purple and my MOH will be in a light purple. You could do both. You could have your BM's in royal blue and MOH in the lighter shade of blue or the other way around

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I'm going w/ the Royal too but I am sure you could find ways to bring the turquoise into things. But just based on the time of year I like the Royal.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I think both colors are nice, but I prefer the royal blue (regardless of the month). I just feel that the royal blue is so elegant looking!

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I can't vote because I like them both. If you like them both, put the MOH in the turquoise and the other girl in the royal blue...best of both worlds.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

Although I am all for doing everything you want for your wedding, I think that some things just don't gel with 'winter' weddings. Unfortunately I think that the turquoise color it to summery.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

i love royal blue in general so I'm voting for that. its a rich gorgeous color. you could do a lighter blue for the MOH as others gave mentioned but i think Id stay away from turquoise and do more of a pale blue.

Re: Royal Blue Vs Turquoise wedding in November

I voted for the Royal Blue but I like both. You could do what others have mentioned and use a lighter shade of blue to separate your MOH from the rest of the party. If not a different shade, a different dress in the same color...
