so does spanx roll down if you have a fat belly??

i was told by the seamstress to get spanx.....not to slim down( but i do need that)..but bc the lines of the corset show at the waist under the gown ...so spanx would smooth it out.

okay..but the spanx would go on me..then over the lower part of corset/bra...so how does it stay up??? if anything rolls down it would look hideous with my dress.

also are spanx hard to get off to pee??? the idea of trying to pry off ' sausage casing' on my wedding day is freakign me out.

other than spanx i have no idea what to do to minimize the corset line at waist.

I didn't have any problem going to the bathroom in them. I especially liked them since it was hot and I didn't wear stockings. So my thighs didn't rub together and it kept me cool under the layers of crinoline (sorry if TMI ). Mine didn't roll down at all. I highly recommend them!

Yes, I recommend them too...they don't roll down. they have a rubber lining on top that secures it to your skin. Not hard to manuever at all.

OMG Jenn, you almost made me pee myself!
I do not have a flat stomach and the spanx didnt roll down, i got a great deal on mine from Off 5th at the source mall in westbury, i dont know if they still have them, but they were a lot cheaper.

Love Spanx - they are great. You can buy them in Bloomingdales.

Spanx are great to get rid of panty lines. All my bridesmaids got them because the dress was a bit see though. They don't roll down and htey have a hole in them for you to go to the bathroom so you don't have to keep taking them off.

thanks ladies......i heard they have a rubber waist thing too that keeps it from rolling down.... but if the waist is OVER my corset...it wont be on my skin..so would that not work ie... rolling down??

It would still work. The rubber will keep it from slipping on anything.
