july girls~ how are you doing your hair for the wedding? i want to do half up/half down but am scared the humidity will mess it up...should i play it safe and go with an updo? my natural hair is wavy/frizzy but i normally straighten it and it holds well

hmm I was going to do half up half down, I neer thought of the humidity issue. I think I'll still go with the half up thing, and if for some reason my hair is a MESS that day and there's 100 percent humidity, then I'll have a back up idea to get instead

I had the same fear. I had a hair trial half up/half down and afterwards I was thought about the humidity. Now, I am just going to go an updo then I dont have to worry what the weather is like.

has anyone given thoughts to hair extensions?--- I heard they ruin your real hair, so my hairdresser recommended CLIP ON HAIR EXTENSIONS. any advise would be welcomed. (for hair half up and half down...my hair is pin straight & I'm hoping the clip ons wil add some body)

hmm don't know much extensions but i have heard a lot of negative things about the jessica simpson clip on hair extensions so steer clear of those!

Dont really know what to tell you about limos because I am not using one. The invitations should have already been ordered, but its not like you are way behind...just think about placing the order soon.

hey reception hall twin!  i would def order the invites soon as well as book the limos- july is a peak season for wedding and you basically want to get whatever you like. I booked with royalty- no complaints on my side- their prices are excellent as well! Good luck!!

hi! Well i am in the process of getting invites. I should hope to order them in a week or so..
as far as limos- i am using royalty. Otherwise, try all star . both are very good! try to book them asap though...

We are using All Star for limos. Definitely check them out. We also have not ordered our invites yet...the goal is to get the order in this week

Ok, maybe my July girls can help me. We need to book our honeymoon asap. FH and I are going to be driving down to Florida, so we don't need airfare, but should we go to a travel agant for hotel and activities? What do you ladies think?

I have yet to order my invites yet either, but I have been seriously looking for them. I hope to get this done in the next two weeks. So I would strongly suggest you start looking, especially if you want calligraphy for the envelopes

i dont see why not. A travel agent prob. has more ways to get you guys certain hm perks. i would talk to a ta. at the very least they can set up an itinerary for you and give you ideas,
and then maybe you can see if you can book it yourself online if you see its cheaper...
