Hair/Makeup Salons near Oakdale?
Has anyone used a salon in the Oakdale area for wedding/makeup? We're looking at taking everyone to the salon (6 BM's, 2 MIL's, 2 Brides) so that everyone can get done more quickly and not have to get up so early.
Anywhere near Oakdale, Sayville, Hauppauge, etc... would work.

I (along with my BP) had my done at Dea Salon on Main Street in Islip. It's about 10 mins. from Oakdale. They were wonderful--opened at 6AM to accomodate us.

Harvey Allen in East Islip was great. I got my hair done as a bridesmaid, but the bride also got her hair done their and it looked beautiful. I also know Christopher Jon is great.

I second this one. I got there for my regular hair cuts with Michelle. She's great and very nice!
