video/photographer
Is it better to have one company do both the video and pictures or are you better off having a photographer for pictures and then having another, specifically a videography company, do the video. Is there a big difference in quality?

Re: video/photographer
All that matters is that you hire talented and motivated people. A studio that offers good photography and good videography is just as good as hiring a good photographer and a good videographer. Whether the photographer and videographer are from the same company or not, they should both be professional and act in your best interest.
It may be easier to go to one company. I supply photography and video. I've photographed many weddings where I've worked with videographers from other companies -- at least 3 of which are vendors at LIW.
I have had great experiences working with:
Timeless Treasures, Pennylane Productions, and Rambling Rose
