Dresses with Corset Backs
My dress (Maggie Sottero) has a corset back. I asked the seemstress to remove the panel in the back of the dress so my skin shows. I am not sure if I want this look now; maybe I should have kept the panel on.
Does anyone have a picture of a corset back with skin showing?
Here is my dress with the panel on.

Re: Dresses with Corset Backs
I also have a maggie with a corset back, but I opted to keep the panel in because of the bra I was wearing.

Thats a good point; but not a problem for me....I am not wearing a bra, just having cups put in.

Re: Dresses with Corset Backs
My BM's are wering Raylia (which is Maggie) with a corset back...they are keeping the panel on b/c the laces go down pretty far to the tail bone. Also, it helps you to stand up straight. My SIL wore a Maggie dress with a corset and she had the panel...after a while she didn't even notice it.

Re: Dresses with Corset Backs
The seemstress took the panel out after my last fitting. As it was hanging on the hanger, she snipped and pulled; it took two seconds.
I hope it is as easy to put back in as it was to take out. I guess I will make my decision during my next fitting in the middle of May.....until then.......

Re: Dresses with Corset Backs
I have buttons on my panel so I can choose whether to have it on or off. I'm keeping it in.

Re: Dresses with Corset Backs
OMG!!!! Dress twin I am having the SAME dilemma. In the beginning I thought I wanted skin but my dress will be here this week and I think I am going to leave it in. Do you have pics with the panel out? I am sure if you change your mind it will be very easy to put back in. Do you just LOVE your dress?? What kind of slip are you wearing? I think I will go for a full A-line. Where did you or are you getting your slip? I am thinking Angels bridal from e-bay.
I wanna see more pics of you in your dress!!
