Need "thank you" advice
I`ve been agonizing over a couple of different situations regarding our thank yous.
One, we received a card with cash in it, but the card wasn`t signed, and we`re not sure who it might be.
Two, we had some people who came to the reception that didn`t give us a card (which makes figuring out who left the unsigned card difficult).
So, how do I thank the person who left the card with cash, and do I send thank yous to the people who didn`t leave cards since the thank yous are imprinted saying "Your thoughtfulness and good wishes are very much appreciated"

I sent notes thanking them for being there to share the day, etc. never really referencing a gift. Also, the fact that your cards say thoughtfulness and good wishes is probably fine to send if they came to the wedding.

Since there were guests that didn`t give you a gift and one who gave without signing the card, the only thing you can do is to send to all of them without mentioning a gift. At least this way the person who gave a gift will get a thank you!
