GTG - Saturday, April 28, 2007 @ Betsy's House (You're all more than welcome to bring your wedding albums/videos/etc to show off and share!)

I'll take initiative here, since well, I would be honored to throw a GTG at our new home to spend an afternoon and evening with my lovely ladies.

So, I was thinking a weekend b/c we'd have more time to sit around and talk without having to worry about costs (for those of us who are new homeowner's or in the process of buying) or being kicked out of a restaurant for staying late.

So, what works for all of you?

Oh, I guess I should add that I live in Port Jefferson Station close to Rte 347.

Okay, so based on people's responses, let's make it Saturday, April 28, 2007. Let's make the party start around 4pm and if people want to come later, they can, since I'm sure we'll be around ALL night!

So, who's definitely coming and what are you bringing to share?

PS 1: It's okay to bring wedding albums, videos, etc, since I know more of us may have that stuff come the end of April.

PS 2: Send me an FM if you're coming, so I can send you directions.

I think all of those days are good for me EXCEPT 4/7. That's the day before Easter, prob not a good idea to have a GTG then since you know it'll go late.

Thanks, Cindy! I didn't even realize. For some reason, I had the first weekend in April pegged as Easter.

I would love to come but 4/28 is the only one that will work for me. We are moving on the 21st. And we will be away on the 7th and the 14th.

No pets----So nothing will jump on the table and steal our dessert. That will seem odd to me!!!!!!!

I have to figure out what to bring. I'm not much of a cook. I will at least try to make my yummy guac. b/c I could not make it when you guys came over. I had trouble finding ripe avocados then.

The 1st and 7th are no good for me, but the other 2 dates are good. I can't say def yes or no just yet, I'll be in my 37th or 38th week (depending on when it is), so we'll have to see How I'm feeling!!

Well, the 21st and the 28th look like the major contenders based upon what people responded. I'll give it until Monday and post what the date will be, then.

This will be so much fun!!
