He was so helpful and nice! Then he passed on my info to Liza, a designer. I sent her a picture of a STD that I liked from a different company and she came up with something very similiar. She went through 4 proofs for me and was always very quick with her responses. Customer service was excellent! Also the quality of the magnet itself is awesome, much better than the samples I received from a few other companies. They even included envelopes, clear plastic sleeves for the magnets, and a magnet of the picture we used
