Fat Smash Diet. I started but only got six days thru on the detox.. then my birthday came and Food Day at work, and I fell off the wagon. But I think it is a good plan and I am going to seriously start it 6 mths before my wedding. Fat smash

I am actually doing the Slimfquick Detox 7 day Cleanse right now and I love it. It's the second time for me, I feel great, and it's just what I need to get me motivated.
Highly recommend- you can pick it up at CVS for @ 20$ HTH!
I've done that one as well. I just feel the Acai berry one works better, for me!! Good luck with your diet!!!!
