**updated** NOW W/ PICTURES! I had my One Year Anniversary Dinner at the Rose Hunt Restaurant at Fox Hollow on Saturday nite
and it was delicious! we went early b/c DH finally had off a saturday night and my anniversary is a monday night..........

Here is my review........... we had the nicest table in the room in front of a window overlooking the outdoor cocktail hour area...............
a piano player played all night
I had the Chicken Princess, it was not on the menu but I requested it and they said they would do it
everyone raved of that at my wedding so I had to try it! I asked the waiter if it was on the menu b/c I could not find it and he was like its not but if you want the princess chicken I can get it for you.....
It was very good! Chicken cutlet w/ mozzarella cheese and asaparagus on top and a gravy w/ Garlic mashed potatoes and french stringed beans
as an appetizer- I had this grilled vegtable napoleon
it had peppers, asaparagus, zucchini and eggplant and portobello mushroom in a balsamic dressing
and craig had some type of crab appetizer
For dinner for craig he had the surf and turf, steak and lobster, I have a cute picture of our waitor putting the lobster bib on, its a good one
OUr waiter was the nicest man, we had great service and Frank, the GM came to visit us twice to see how everything was and he is a doll, I love that man LOL, he always asked me how everyone in my family is, etc..
Dessert- I had this Chocolate mousse/key lime frozen chocolate rasberry dessert - that was a rich chocolate surrounded by choc shavings on the plate
and craig had the cheese cake
I took pics in the restaurant and of the desserts and will add them later
we got these chocolates wrapped in gold that said Fox Hollow w/ the fox on it that I saved for my scrapbook, after I ate the choc of course!

my anniversary is not until Aug 25th but its a monday and we couldnt do it the next two saturdays b/c of craigs schedule
Sue_ my mom gave all the cake away! the day of the wedding b/c she didnt know
