SBD Breakfast Ideas
Ok, if I eat another egg or eggwhite I am going to shoot myself! wHAT ELSE can I eat for breakfast? And I'm on Day 4-this is really hard-I feel like this is Atkins-I don't know how much longer I can do this!!!

1) egg salad (yes, I know, it's eggs)
2) tuna salad (i like that for breakfast)
3) cold cut roll ups.
4) ricotta cheese (low fat) w. cinnamon, splenda & vanilla extract.
5) cottage cheese ( I personally despise cottage cheese)
6) crustless quiche cups with TONS of veggies in them.
what is it about breakfast that you are missing?

I was going to post the same thing....please keep them coming!!!
I am definitely going to miss my cereal!!! does anyone know if smartstart can be added after the 2 week phase 1? I know its high carbs...but I think they are good carbs?
