Approximately how much is PMI every month?200? 300?

Depends on how much % you put down and how much your home value is I think. There's a formula I've seen before that's been utilized - but $200-$300 sounds about right assuming you put down like 10% or something.

I think my PMI payment is about $260 per monthIt's built into your mortgage so it's not really separately out - PMI, taxes and principal/interest are all combined into one number
