New Passport with Married Name

Hi ladies.. so early January I had send my passport renewal in to reflect my married name and received the updated passport back late last week. Great! However, they didn't include my marriage licence (i had to send the original with the renewal)... hoping they send it back separately. For those ladies that did this, do you know or remember if you received it back in a separate package??

this is why i haven't updated mine yet. i hope they send it back to you! how much did it cost?

this is why i haven't updated mine yet. i hope they send it back to you! how much did it cost?

If you send it in for a name change within a year of getting your passport it's free of charge, after that it's the regular renewal fee. and your marriage lic. will come back sep. just like your birth certificate did.
