patken brides....how long for proofs

how long did it take for you to get your proofs after the wedding. Doug was my photographer and said they would be done by time we got back from our honeymoon and its been 3 weeks since then and still nothing... I see 16 couples that got married after us that already have their pics on the patken website, (plus another 5 that got married the same day) Also, if anyone did video with patken, do we get a trailer/teaser, or does it depend on the videographer?? I am going nuts I want to see my pics...

We got married October 8th and got our proofs in December. They had told us 4-6 weeks but when I called they told me that it was a busy time and they needed a bit longer. I had Kevin as my photographer. I did not get a trailer/teaser for my video. Maybe it had to be added in your contract. Definitely call and find out if you get one. I remember when I asked about my video and it was January and they said they hadn't started it yet because we did not give them our personal photos & songs to add to it. They said we should of given them before the wedding but they hadn't asked for them so we did not know. They had told me that it should be ready by the end of May. It took so long, I was becoming very impatient. I finally got my video in July!

I got my proofs a month after my wedding. But I was an April bride which is before the wedding season.

For the video I did not get a teaser or anything but I got my completed video October 2nd and I was married on April 20th.
