Post Wedding Blues?
Anyone else ridiculously depressed that it's all over? I'm completely miserable since we've been back from our honeymoon (turning 29 didn't help either!) and i can't shake it, and everyone keeps telling me I had such a beautiful wedding and not to be sad...I'm just so sad it's over!Anyone feel ridic sad about it?

Re: Post Wedding Blues?
For me, it's been a little over 3 weeks since the wedding and I feel like I haven't been depressed. Actually, I'm slightly relieved.I'm sad that the day went by so fast rather than the planning part of it.
I did a lot of the design work myself and although I had 1 1/2 years to plan and get things done, I was finishing items up 3 months up to a week before.
I'm reading now more than ever (it helps to have (4) 700 page books waiting to be read) and now I'll have more time to design other invitations and items.
I'm so happy to see that my planner is for the most part, empty.
Just remember what you loved to do/things that kept you busy before wedding planning came along.
Sending hugs!

Re: Post Wedding Blues?
i actually didn't feel that way until now. i've been married about 10 months and all the wedding weight that was lost has slowly crept back, we bought a house and all the work is done. now everyone is asking us when we're having a baby which won't be any time soon.ugh, i wish i was planning my wedding again.

Post Wedding Blues?
Yes, I feel the same way. We put so much time, energy, money and effort into our wedding and it does feel depressing when it's over....I think this is normal.

Post Wedding Blues?
I have been so up and down with this. I loved my wedding...everything about it. Once it was over it felt kinda liked i dreamed it. I was able to spend all weekend at my venue and i thought that would help to make it last a little longer than just a few hours. I miss all my out of towners...there will probably never be another time we are all in the same room and that's the part that is leaving me sad.Welcome New Vendors
