Budget HELP!! Crest Hollow, Fox Hollow
Hello fellow brides! I need help! I just got engaged in January and we are looking to get married the summer of 2019. Our wedding budget is 20,000, looking to have 150 guests and we arent crazy about having a super elegant wedding, looking to make it a little beachy feeling. What venues should i go look at that will fit in my budget?! I have an appointment to Crest Hollow and Fox Hollow, anyone know their price quotes?

No clue on quotes but summer is prime season as I'm sure you know ($$$). I think Crest Hollow would be better for a 'beachy' theme though b/c I think they have a pool area outside somewhere. Fox Hollow is gorgeous, but for water it really only has a waterfall. I haven't been to either one in years. I had my prom @ Crest Hollow back in 2000 lol.

Crest Hollow- I got a quote for a September saturday afternoon $70+ fees/tax/gratuity. We have a big guest list of around 250 people, not sure if the cheaper price is because they know we'll have a huge party.

RE:Budget HELP!! Crest Hollow, Fox Hollow
Congrats on your engagement!I got a price quote from both. I requested pricing for a Saturday night in summer '19. about 120-150 people
Through e-mail fox hollow quoted me 180++ (meaning tax and "admin" fee as the ++). In my experience they were quite difficult to communicate with via email to get price quotes and information
Crest hollow quoted me $170 for a June/July Sat night and this included everything ("admin fee" and gratuities, did not include tax). They quoted me less for a Saturday daytime wedding (which I believe is from 12PM-5PM or something), and from my memory it was about 100pp. I spoke to Michael on the phone and he was very pleasant and seemed to be able to work with budget (i.e. he said May weddings are a bit cheaper).
Of the two I would suggest working with Crest hollow as they also have more of a beach/chill vibe, however you'll need to be flexible with the day/time to stay within your budget.
Happy planning ! :)
