Chapels to Rent?!

Chapels to Rent?!

I recently checked out the Chapel at Islip Grange, cute and affordable but only seats 60 (hoping to have 80-100 guests) and there is no AC (we're having a June wedding).
 Does anyone know any other chapels that can be rented (other than Historical Chapel in Woodbury) ?
