Excited about my marriage - Need advice!!

Hey!! I'm so happy to announce it my wedding. Save the Date: 08/31/2017.
I have been waiting for this day for the past 1 year. I was so shocked when Edward proposed me. We have been living together for 4 years and I don't know what made him think about marriage. lol.
I think I'm over excited and I don't know what should I do. I'm planning to enhance my body before the marriage. There are fats deposited on my hips and area below the chin. How about undergoing liposuction surgery now? I think by the time of my marriage I will be healed. Any thoughts?
I'm planning to schedule an appointment with a liposuction doctor in Barrie to discuss this procedure in details. has anyone here undergone this procedure? How long will it take to heal? I want to look best on my wedding day.
