Flowers for family members & ceremony participants

What are the rules re: corsages for family members & folks who are doing readings, etc.

Do I need to customize each woman's corsage to match their dress or can I pick something rather neutral that will work for everyone? I'll need to purchase approx 10 corsages......

The wedding is this March - late afternoon wedding, evening reception. Any and all suggestions are welcomed! : )

If you stick with ivory roses for the readers grandmas etc. it will match with whatever anyone wears.
