Need a reasonable band or DJ!

Hello!

I am a maid of honor helping out my sister who is a bride-to-be, she has spent a lot more on the catering hall than hoped and need to find a reasonable band and/or DJ for the reception. The date is August 23 2000 and she is freaking!! Her budget is no more than $3000 and the reception will take place at The Maidstone Country Club in East Hampton. She loves FullHouse, they are too expensive. Could someone reccomend reasonably priced entertainment, without sacrificing taste?

My fiance and I did the same thing - we booked our wedding at a place that was more than we wanted to spend. We are using an excellent band called Rainbow Orchestra (they are located in Miller Place but go anywhere) for only $2200!!! We are really excited, and have heard them play - they are awesome.
