Venue quote + accommodation help!

Hi Everyone! I'm newly engaged and looking for venue quotes for the following places for a possible late summer-fall 2017 wedding. I'm thinking about 300 people so any information/quotes would be super helpful.

Also, do you all know of any places other than the ones I've listed that can hold 300 people? This would mostly be for the reception.


Possible Venues:

Leonards
Swan Club
Fox Hollow
Crest Hollow
Oheka Castle
Hempstead House
Carlyle on the Green
Chateau Briand
Chateau La Mer
The Sterling
Huntington Hilton
Glen Cove Mansion
Bridgeview Yacht Club

My fiancee + I were recently at Fox Hollow, last weekend to be exact.

Fox Hollow quoted us at $115 pp (Friday) September 1st and $135 pp (Saturday) November 4th -
2017... Every Friday + Saturday in October was taken. We pushed back the wedding for October 2018 and the price did go up $142 pp (Saturday)
