Any good product to remove scars?

Hey!! I'm so excited as one of my best friends marriage is fixed on September 10th. She is planning to host a hen party from Maldives in August. Everyone has started the preparations and I'm confused.
I have undergone facelift surgery from a clinic in Windsor Ontario 3 months back and I'm all healed. But the thing that bothers me is my scar. It's too early for the scar to fade and I don't want others to notice it. I have asked my surgeon if I could travel all the way to Maldives and he said I'm perfectly fine and advised me to keep medicines and also told not to drink plenty of fluids during flight.
What should I do with my scars? Is there any good product that helps to get rid of the scars? Please help!!
