Dance Lessons

Anybody have quotes on wedding dance lessons? I've gone to Ballroom Legacy in Sea Cliff which was almost 1K for 10 lessons, and then Arthur Murray in Williston Park which is around $1300 for 10 lessons plus group classes. I understand that lessons last a memory and some couples consider this as a priority in their budget but at this point we can't do it due to some last minute financial issues. And all places tell you to come in for a lesson before they even give you the prices and we just don't have time for that. We're not asking for a very choreographed dance, just something where we're not swaying back and forth for 3 minutes and stepping on each other's feet. We're not having a videographer either that would record the dance. And since we're beginners these places are telling us we'll need 10 lessons. Any help would be greatly appreciated on quotes you may have from places! Thank you in advance!

Dance Reverie  was 540 for 6 lessons and then they gave us an extra lesson for free. If you’re not looking for a seriously choreographed routine, just get as many lessons as you can afford- you don’t have to listen to places when they’re trying to sell you more.
