Losing weight for the wedding!

Anyone else trying to lose a few pounds before the big day?

My sister was able to lose a bunch of weight before hers doing Beachbody workouts, so I'm thinking about starting one of their free trials to see if I can make it work.

Has anyone done them before? Are there any that are good for beginners?

I did isagenix and lost 20 lbs in a month and have maintained.  It’s pretty expensive but I’m sure if you replace meals with shakes and have a low caloric simple meals you can do it. And I also did a groupon for Bootcamp which helps tone the lost weight.

Watch your calories intake. There are free online calorie calculators that can help you determine the amount of calorie you need to take in order to lose weight. Also, you need to exercise regularly.

RE:Losing weight for the wedding!

I'm on the same boat. I've recently started working on my weight. I was suggested to try tutorials and workouts on this website. It has to be noted, this source provides me not only with exercises, but also with a needed nutrition. But I've become interested in the ways mentioned here. Thanks for sharing and good luck!
