Wedding at Belmont Lake State Park or any Long Island Park

Hi everyone!!

Does anyone know anything about obtaining a permit for the Long Island State Parks. I know there is the open date of 2/9 but I just didn't know what to expect and/or has anyone ever had an even at Belmont. We as re having (hopefully) our wedding there. Eeeeek. Depends in this lottery thing in February. Getting married in June, slightly panicked. Any and all thoughts would be great.

I apologize, I am a bit confused.

There is an open date of 2/9 but you are getting married in June?

I have no experience with Belmont, but which Long Island State Park are you looking at? I got married at Heritage Club at Bethpage, which is Bethpage State Park. Is there a venue associated with the park you are looking to get married at?

lol ok, sorry for the confusion, so to get the permit for Belmont Lake Park I have to wait on 2/9/19 at a general meeting locations for all State Parks at Bethpage State Park. The gates open at midnight, bracelets at 5 and then they call the bracelet numbers at 8. I want to get married in June.
