Q about Belly band ribbon, what glue did you use?

If you did a DIY invite and it had a belly band or ribbon, what did you use to glue it? I used double sided permanent tape, do you think that would work or do you have something better/cheaper? Also what did you use to attach the tag?

permanent double sided tape works great...I also love glue dots

i find hot glue works for almost anything.

I used double-sided tape. Mine were supposed to be removed so the pocketfolds could be opened, so I didn't want them glued to the pocketfold, and I had them on pretty tight so they'd slide neatly into the envelopes, so I didn't want them to be able to be slid off. So the tape worked well.

Thanks, I was using double sided tape, just wanted to make sure it was the best solution, did you also use it to attach the tag?

I used scrapbook glue for the seals on my invites. it worked well because you could undo the seal without ripping the invite.
