Mark, I have a very round face and tend to look large in photos. One of my friends told me that there is a special lens my photographer can use or a certain way they can develop the pics like stretching them or something? Any truth to this? Thanks!

Yes, telephoto lenses give a different perspective then wide angle lenses. Check with your photographer to make sure he uses different lenses for different affects. Most wedding photographers only use one. (No, there is no 'stretching' of the photo after it's been exposed.)
