Officiant
I am in need of an officiant for my Sunday wedding on September 27, 2015 at The Riviera at Massapequa. My fiance and I plan to write our own vows and as for unity, we plan to do a puzzle where we will insert the last two pieces. It should be a rather short ceremony as we are allowed 30 minutes for the ceremony. If you know of anyone please let me know with fees included. Thanks

Good Morning,I am available on Sept 27 and would be happy to assist you. There is some flexibility on the fee and we can discuss what your budget will allow.
I'd be glad to speak with you by phone, Skype or in person.
I like your puzzle idea :)

Re: Officiant
Hi again Rachel & Tim,I see you still haven't made your selection for an Officiant. Just so you know, I received a call yesterday to perform my ceremony for a couple getting married on one of the cruise ships on 9/27 but I leave the ship at about 2 PM. So I'm still available for your ceremony time, and with that in mind I can reduce my fee a bit if that helps with your budget.
Good luck,
Capt. Arnold

Re: Officiant
Hi, I just got your note from LIWEddings.com. I checked my schedule and I would be honored to celebrate with you on 27th of Sept at the Riviera. I have officiated at over 2,000 weddings in my 33 years as a priest. My 1st 21yrs I spent in parishes around Long Island. I left active ministry to get married (at 52 my family thought I lost my mind) Needless to say, I am grateful and happy to continue to officiate Please feel free to view my website revmccormick.com.

Public Service Message:When choosing an officiant from the free listings on other web sites or from Craig's List you don't really have the years and years of reviews to rely on. People calling themselves Officiants are popping up left and right these days with no more credentials than a friend could get online. Now that's not to say that some of these folks may not be fabulous. 18 years and 3000 weddings ago I was the one still learning. However if you are choosing to give an officiant of this type a chance, I strongly recommend getting your license in NYC. A Nassau or Suffolk license will have your social securety number and mother's maiden name on it. Both of those will be handed to whom ever it is performing the ceremony. A City license does not have that information.
