Officiant needed- preferably female
Hi,Looking for officiant for day time wedding in Huntington on 10/1/2016. We are both catholic however this is a second marriage for both of us. I have a 9 year old son with autism that I would like to somehow incorporate into wedding ceremony, so need someone who is patient, experience with special needs kids is a plus. Please PM pricing and some info. Best wishes, Christine

I am not sure about his experience with special needs kids, but Pastor Mike is very patient and organized. His pricing is on his website. http://www.pastormikeweddings.com/

I know you are looking for a female but Keith from NY Marriages married us back in October and I am almost positive he has a special needs child. I am a special education teacher so we were discussing services.

Re: Officiant needed- preferably female
Hi Christine and congratulations!I am wide open that morning and would love to speak with you about your ceremony. I tend to do a lot of original writing in my ceremonies, but if that isn't what you want, there is a sample of a Catholic Ceremony done outside the Church on my web site.

Including your son is wonderful, after all family is what marriage is about! I recently did a ceremony where a little boy was so happy about the wedding he hugged me the whole time!
More and more of my couples over the years have children with special needs. We can discuss where your son excels and what his limitations are. Then figure out from there what would be best. Of course everything is flexible on the wedding day, with 'what ever works' as the rule of thumb. There are also some samples that include children on my site.

I will message you pricing as you have requested and look forward to speaking with you soon!
