I dont think it would be a problem, some places have set prices on all of their bouquets, I give estimates dependant on the types of flowers and style of bouquets to be accurate and fair. The largest variable in your request would be the centerpieces, the swirling candle votive or corkscrew style stand is no problem, depending on the types of flowers you want on the stand will ultimately determine your exact estimate. I have for example a special that would be (3) Dozen roses on that stand with the votives and any color or combination of colors available that would easily fit into your budget and more than likely depending on your bouquets save you some money.
