Mark Money Quetion
I just read on the brides board - $1300 for pictures - Is there a real differece in pictures when you pay more?? I took the smallest package and am paying $3500 - would I get the same pictures for $1300? I know it all depends on the photographer - but is it the name I am paying for? I am just curious... I went to places that cost less - I picked one that cost more - but I don't know if it was in my mind that the pictures looked better - What is your opinion as a photograper??

Mark photography money Question
Oh my goodness. Yes there is a difference. I won't quote my pricing on this board (you need to contact me privately for that) but I will tell you that I pay my main photographer $600, the candid photographer $450 and then there is film and processing. Assuming that you are getting the typical 300-500 proofs that cost would be at least a few hundred dollars depending on the proof size and the lab used. You weren't including albums in the $1300 were you? There are many options and many levels of quality (we average 1000 proofs/wedding and always have two photographers) and of course you get what you pay for. If you saw the difference then you likely contracted for what was appropriate for you.Welcome New Vendors
