Photos at night
Mark, I've asked you this question before on the old chat board, but didn't print out your response. I am getting married at Russo's on a Friday night, and was wondering where we could go to take some outdoor shots. First of all, do you recommend outdoor night shots? I know you said any well-lit public building, like EAB would do, but do you have any other recommendations? Have you ever shot a night wedding at Russo's?

I personally haven't worked Russo's, although my photographers have. I don't know the area well. There are techniques I use to get night outdoor shots with a combination of lens, film and flash that works great. However, I'm not going to just give away techniques that I've developed to the competition. I'd prefer to leave a few reasons for people to hire me. Your best bet is to talk to your photographer and see what he suggests. I'm sure he's capable of doing the kind of pictures you want or you wouldn't have hired him. There are many different ways of working. I realize this answer isn't very satisfying. I've had a long day. LI Weddings might be able to retrieve the old message and answer if it wasn't too long ago.Welcome New Vendors
