Tux/Suit Rental Costs

Over the weekend FH and I went and looked at suit rentals. I'm wondering if the cost they quotes us is on par with other places. It seems quite a bit higher than rental costs at my sisters wedding not too long ago. Is anyone willing to share there rental costs via FM? I would be very grateful

Tux/Suit Rental Costs - Long Island Weddings

FH went to the men's shop in Amityville and they said $175 for a basic tux and shoes

Tux/Suit Rental Costs - Long Island Weddings

We are probably doing tuxes this week. We went to men's warehouse a few weeks ago because FH is in a wedding party and needed to be measured. I think the price came to about 180 when all was said and done.

Tux/Suit Rental Costs - Long Island Weddings

We got the Vera Wang slim fit suits at Men's warehouse, and they came out to be a little over 200 I think. FH wasn't too thrilled with their shoe selection though, and opted to buy his own. We did like their cuff links though, so we included those in the suit. Also, I think they said the only thing the gm keep are the pocket squares and obviously the socks. lol I can't imagine people renting old socks. lol
