4-5 month old feeding schedule

hi everyone- i was wondering if you could post your 4-5 moth olds feeding schedules....i started my 4 1/2 month old on cereal a few weeks ago, then veggies, and fruits 1x a day....he is usually a good sleeper (he sleeps from 9pm-6am, sometimes 7am!)...but the past few nights he's been getting up at 4:30am....he's a big boy- at his 4 month check up he was 16 1/2 pounds....i am currently only giving him 1 TBSP of solids only once a day..

6am-7am 6-7 ounce bottle
10:30am 6-7 ounce bottle
2pm 6-7 ounce bottle
5:30 pm 6-7 ounce bottle with 1 TBSP cereal (or whatever solid i choose for that day)
8:30-9pm 6-7 ounce bottle
BED

should i give him another tablespoon at 5:30pm or should i add another solids feeding - maybe in the morning?

thanks everyone!

Re: 4-5 month old feeding schedule

Cassidy is 4 1/2 mos, and at her 4 month visit she was almost 18lbs, so she's big too.
Here's her schedule:
She wakes up around 6:30ish so..

6:30-3 TBSP cereal, 1/2 jar fruit and 5 oz. bottle
11:30- 7 oz. bottle
4:30- 3 TBSP cereal, 1/2 jar veggies and 5 oz. bottle
8:30- 7 oz bottle

She also sleeps from 9 to about 6 or 7, usually eats about every 5 hours, but I give her the bedtime bottle after about 4 hours, and she eats 4x a day.
Let me know if you have any more ??'s

ETA: the Dr said to give her 3 to 4 TBSP of cereal twice a day...to me 3 TBSP is plenty and she does well with it.

Re: 4-5 month old feeding schedule

Michael is NOT on solids yet, I am waiting until 5-6 months for that, so anyway, he is on the following schedule:

8-830 - 6 oz bottle
11-1130 - 6 oz bottle
2-230 - 6 oz bottle
5-530 - 6 oz bottle
8-830 - 6 oz bottle and goes to bed!

Michael actually has 32oz a day, so those bottle are a smidge over the 6oz mark. He is on a 3 hour feeding schedule and it depends on when he wakes up to determine how the day will go.

Re: 4-5 month old feeding schedule

we started out with 1 tbsp watery cereal and he seemed like he always wanted more so we gradually up'ped it to 2 then 3. We also started out with just 'breakfast' for about a week then introduced the 'dinner' before his last bottle. I would say if your son is opening his mouth looking for more, try increasing the amount slowly until he doesnt want anymore.
