David's Bridal/Men's Warehouse Coupon

Hi! We set up the tux rental yesterday and the Men's Warehouse salesperson said if we can get a David's Bridal catalog, there is a coupon in it for $40 for Men's Warehouse. I was wondering if anyone has this coupon, and if so, can I get a picture of it? It doesn't have to be the real coupon because all I need to do is call in the numbers to her.

Retailmenot has the coupon too if anyone needs it in a bind next time.. Or the one in Massapequa and the one in Garden City are right next door to Davids so you can always run in and grab it
