Bridal Suite of Bay Shore made my dreams come true! I searched all over LI and the 5 boro's for someone that carried my dream dress. No one offered to help until one day I just happened to walk into Bridal Suite of Bay Shore after having lunch down the street. MaryEllen offered to order the gown of my dreams in my size, color, etc. so I could try it on. Not one other place offered. Thank you so much for OUTSTANDING Customer Service and for making this bride's dreams come true! I also want to mention how wonderful it was working with Eleanor, my seamstress. Im a plus sized bride and I knew finding THE dress was going to be difficult. I have read some horror stories from other plus sized brides about the dress shopping process. It became even more difficult when I saw a Mori Lee dress that NO ONE in the tristate area had ordered. Yes I even contacted the Mori Lee Facebook page and was notified no one had it. My mother was gung ho about me trying on dresses so she did research and found the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. When my mother called they said that if I didnt find anything that I liked in the shop I can order the Mori Lee dress to try on, which NO ONE else offered that to me. They did have a nice selection of dresses and when I had my appointment Tamy was GREAT! She was so sensitive to how I felt and she made me feel really comfortable. I KNOW Im getting my dress here. I already found two when I had my appointment. But I cant choose THE DRESS until I try on the Mori Lee. Im so glad we found the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore.
