Plants/flowers doubling as CPs & favors...

If anyone has done this, please post pics and let me know where you got your items (plant, pot, etc.), how you decorated on the tables and how you let guests know that these are your favors..

we did these as favors for my friends shower last april.....
i got mini terracota pots at AC Moore for like .75 each..... and i got the plants from my mom and dad

LOL they own a garden center, so i just got a flat of 48 plants, and put one in each pot..... the shower was at somebodys house, so we didn't have tables or centerpeices, so we just had them displayed, and then made sure to tell everybody to take one..... we put a tag on each one that said ' growing in love... heather and chris' and then the wedding date..... everybody really liked them
