Just switch the station and ignore them! This topic does not need another thread. This country grants everyone the basic right of freedom of speech, and if you don't like what you hear on the radio, just change the station. I listen to Q104, and I've never been insulted or felt the need to change stations. Even if they can't let this topic go, can we be the bigger people and just drop it?

I was just stating that this topic has been overdone in the last two days. That's all.
And if they were reading our posts on the air, starting threads with their call letters in them will only draw their attention to it faster and add fuel to the fire.

Honestly...it's really funny how personal people take things...I was just mentioning it. It is possible it was a repeat, who knows...I never heard the original topic so this may be the same one.

I heard it too, and obviously judging by my Username, I was not happy. Don't listen to that stupid 'Danielle' lady on the air. Her fake Brooklyn accent gets on my nerves every morning, but this time, she's crossed the line. And I'll never realize why people give less because they think you had it on a 'cheaper date'. You should give the amount of money that you can comfortably afford and try to help the new couple out. I was never a big fan of the 'Cover your plate' thing anyway. And yes, I saved a few bucks by having it the day I did and proud of it. She can talk out of her a$$ all she wants... she wasn't paying my bills! :)

geez.. this is just what we need. brides pinned up against another. and all because of z100 using nycityweddings as a reference. do we foresee another topic on tomorrow or even as far as Monday's morning segment?? sheesh! i really hope not.

I too got married on Thanksgiving weekend but you can't let things like this bother you. Some people take things personal and believe me I am one of them but something like this you just have to sit back and laugh at.

Why is everyone making such a big deal about this...Spitsbride was just stating that she heard it .....who cares if she wants to start the topic up again .......thats what this sight is for we can post anything we feel interesting.....if you dont care to respond then dont.....dont even read the thread there are plenty of other threads to read ....IMO the people responding negatively to her are starting trouble
