Back from the honeymoon with a few non-pro WEDDING PICTURES!

We had a fantastic day! Yes, a million little things went wrong (details forthcoming), but none of them mattered. The whole day was wonderful - the weather was amazing, our vendors were great, and we wound up married, so I'd say it was successful all around.

I'll post many more pics as they come in, but so far I only have one friend who sent me pictures online! I have several hard copies I'll try to scan - and of course our pro proofs are coming soon! I have a ton of running around to do today, but wanted to share a few wedding pics that I did have -- and I'll post many honeymoon pictures either today or tomorrow when I have time. (We took about 400 photos, so it's tough to narrow them all down!)

I'm working on a detailed review, and I'll try to post a 'mini-review' later today or tomorrow.

And, yes, honeymoon pictures (probably more than you care to see) are coming, too!

Aw, you're too sweet. The dress (while gorgeous I think!) actually fell apart the day of the wedding. Someone stepped on the side of the train when we were walking out of the church and ripped out one of the pick up pleats. My MOH had to get safety pins from the photographers to pin it back up. Once we got it fixed, it stayed with the pins... Then we bustled it at the reception, DH stepped on the back of it as we were walking and another part ripped down. Luckily my MOH was AMAZING and was able to pin the dress exactly as it was supposed to look from the underside, right where the pleats should have been sewn.

Someone else stepped on the train outside the church and got three perfect heel marks (from high heels) on the side of the train. Thankfully, we bustled it so you couldn't see them.

Everyone and their mother felt the need to step on the gown -- and at least one person stepped on the cathedral veil - OUCH!

Watch where you walk near the bride, people!

OMG!!! Kara, you looked stunning!!! the gown looked gorgeous on you!! too bad people kept stepping on you though!!! I hope I can keep the ooglers at bay and off of the train lol can't wait for more pictures!!
