I'm a week late - I am always very punctual - I know that things like stress can affect your timing - and I still feel PMS and exhausted - plus bloated - but I drank this past weekend, and am wondering - what if.....?
I'll probably buy one of those home preggo kits just in case - but was just curious about everyone's thoughts - remember - I RARELY go a day past 28 with AF... But I am also not using any real form of BC....

Sometimes stress can throw your cycle off, have you started working out or anything? But for your own piece of mind I would take a HPT, try First Response it can tell you after only 7 days of no AF.

OK...on a serious note, evaluate your stress level as of late and then go to Target or CVS and buy a test just to be sure...stress CAN set it off it's course...but if you're ALWAYS regular, I'd want to know ASAP.

Yeah... remember on Friends when Phoebe started craving meat when she was pregnant with the triplets? Joey said he would give up meat for her so that all will be equal in the universe!!
Sorry - I think I have I can come up with a friends story for just about anything!

I second that - I just hope it's not six!

Aunt Flo? Wow, that took me WAY to long to figure out...
Some info from a site I found: Reasons for why your period might be late or missed. There are various reasons for your period to be late and the pregnancy test to be negative. As far as your period being late, are many possibilities for explaining a missed or delayed period. In most women of childbearing age, pregnancy is the first guess. If your pregnancy test is negative and you are sure that you are not pregnant, here are some other causes for missed or delayed periods that you could consider:
* Stress is major cause of missed or delayed periods. Stress interferes with the normal hormonal signals from your brain and it can block ovulation. This causes your cycles to become irregular.
* Thyroid problems also, again by interfering with the normal hormonal pathways, can lead to a late period.
* Being overweight or underweight can also interfere with your normal menstrual cycle.
* If you are on birth control pills or DepoProvera, the medication itself may make periods disappear. It is okay to not have periods when you are taking these medications, but it is not okay to not have periods without any medicines.
* In most women, premature menopause is a very remote possibility. A measurement of the FSH blood level on the third day of your cycle will give clues as to whether you should consider menopause as a probable cause.
If your period does not arrive within a couple of weeks, you can repeat the pregnancy test and make an appointment with your gynecologist. Usually after a discussion of your medical history, a physical exam and perhaps a couple of blood tests, the reason for missed periods can be identified and corrected.

Re: When it comes to AF how late is 'late?'
The only thing I can think is this:
1. I have been stressing about getting AF on my HM - so I have been hoping that the later I get it now - the later I'll get it on my HM and it won't interefere so much. I just can't believe that NOW my body is finally listening to me!!!
2. I have been going thru some stress - but NOTHING like the stress I've been thru this entire year - so why now is my body all sensitive and woosy???
3. Early menopause??? Oh Good GOD!!! PLEEEASE Nooo!
4. As for working out, I always work out, so thats not different....
If I am preggers (which I have a feeling I'm not...) - would I still be feeling PMS-y???
