I signed up for it at www.guitnet.com. They have a chat board too but I never needed it - I have you as my sponsor!!

The website sends you a tip a day for the first couple weeks and then does one every now and then after that.

ETA: And you put in the specifics to you - how many cigarettes a day you smoke and how much a pack costs.
