Carrot cake recipe?
Anyone have a good one? I want to make it for Easter but there are so many on the internet that I'd rather pick one that someone has made before. TIA!

Carrot Cake Can't speak to the mascarpone cream, my mom didn't make it.
Its very moist all on its own, but I spread a thin layer of Nutella on my piece and it was delish
