So DH is trying to quit smoking and bought the Blu Cigarette (the electronic cigarette). I was asking him about pricing and how it works and whatnot and he tells me that each pack of 5 cartridges is the equivalent to 5 packs of cigarettes and only cost $10. So essentially it equates to $2 per pack of cigarettes. I responded saying that's awesome and he'll finally stop spending so much money on cigarettes. To which he responded.......
'Now we just need you to do the same with your shoes! If I quit smoking, you need to quit shoe shopping'

I agree you really cannot compare the two but it's hard to give up a habit whatever it is. In support of him maybe for the first few months maybe not buy any new shoes? Or at least sneak new ones in?
