Hoping some newlyweds who honeymooned at any sandals resort can help me..
My sister is getting married this summer and will be staying at one of the Sandals in St. Lucia (not sure which one, but I will find out). I would like to get her and her FH a massage package or some sort of gift to use there, but I was unable to find anything on the website other than setting up a registry. I don't want to book an excursion as a surprise because I don't know what they would want to do. At least a spa treatment is only an hour or so, and they can do it whenever they want.
My question is, does anyone know if it is possible to set up something like this as a surprise to them? Did anyone here have someone gift them a spa day or anything like that?

not sure how or if this can be done, however, i can tell you that a lot of deals that Sandals runs, for booking your vacation, includes a $250 spa credit with your package. In other words, she may already have this credit for spa services so you might want to check with her... GL!

I didn't know about that, I'm so glad you told me about it. I'm pretty sure I can get my FBIL in on it somehow, and maybe surprise them some other way. Thank you so much for your help!

My bridesmaids bought me a land and sea excursion through the website and surprised me with it at my shower.
Also, for my sister in law, we bought her a dinner for two on the beach. She didn't want it, and was able to exchange the credit towards the spa.

My bridesmaids bought us the couples massage. Since we booked with a travel agent I gave my MOH that information to book with the agent. There's a bunch of things you can do though. There's excursions or the private dinner on the beach you could get too.

A group of parents from the school DH teaches at got together and chipped in for a spa day for the two of us. They actually just called the resort (make sure you find out which is the right one) and I guess they took care of it over the phone. The day we got there, the butler handed us a card (which if I recall correctly, was actually written by the parents- they must have mailed it down?) It was one of the nicest suprises ever!!
And yes, we had our spa credit PLUS this extra spa day. it was AWESOME!!
